Rubus Oculus

The Rubus Oculus ((pl. Rubi Oculi)) is the eye of the Forth Dimension, and allows a wielder to see information of an individual as well as manipulate Space-Time and rip holes to the space in between. Rex's backstory is the only account of the Rip in Between, but it produced horrible results.
